G.W. (Will) Felderhof
Mr. Felderhof has over 40 years of international experience in the mining industry. Will was the founder and President & CEO of TSX listed Acadian Mining Corporation from March 2003 to February 2010, and President & CEO of TSX V listed Royal Roads Corp. from August 2008 to February 2010. Will headed up the publicly traded companies, Jascan Resources Inc. in the 1980s and East Indies Mining Corporation in the 1990s, and served on the board of a number of mineral exploration companies. Will is a member of member of the Geological Association of Canada, Prospectors and Developers Association, Mining Association of Nova Scotia, and a member and past president of The Mining Society of Nova Scotia.
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Loren Komperdo of Calgary, Alberta, a professional geologist, has been actively involved in the management of public resource companies since 1994. Mr. Komperdo was President and Chief Executive Officer of Keeper Resources Inc., a TSX-V listed company since inception in October 2003 until May 2008 at which time the Company was acquired by Vietnam Resource Investments (Holdings) Limited. Mr. Komperdo was on its Board of Directors from October 2003 until April 30, 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Komperdo co-founded TSX listed Tiberon Minerals Ltd. and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from January 1995 until June 2003 and as a Director from January 1995 until March 2009. In 2007, Tiberon was acquired by Dragon Capital Management Ltd.. Mr. Komperdo worked as a geological consultant from 1983 to 1994 and as a petroleum exploration and development geologist with Canterra Energy Ltd. from 1981 to 1983. Prior to that, Mr. Komperdo was a geologist with Merlin Petroleum Consulting Ltd. from 1979 to 1981 after receiving a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of Alberta in 1979.

Mark Graves of Wolfville, Nova Scotia, a professional geologist, has 40 years experience supervising multi-million dollar exploration
programs throughout North America in varied geological settings including highly evolved peraluminous granites, Ni-Cu-Co magmatic sulphide deposits, and VMS deposits.
John M. Clark
Chief Financial Officer and Director
John Clark of Toronto, Ontario, is a Chartered Accountant and has been President of Investment and Technical Management Corp., a corporate finance and merchant banking firm, since 1999. He is a Director of Vista Gold Corp, Crown Point Ventures Ltd and APIC Petroleum Corporation. Previously, he was Executive Chairman of Laurasia Resources Limited, an oil and gas company, from 1988 until its merger with Startech Energy Inc. in 1997. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Clark was a Senior Manager with Thorne Riddell Chartered Accountants (now KPMG).
David H. Felderhof

David Felderhof of Halifax, Nova Scotia, holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) Degree from St. Francis Xavier University, obtained in 2002 and 2003 respectively. Mr. Felderhof served as Vice President and Director of TSX-V listed Royal Roads Corp. (predecessor to Buchans Minerals Corp.) from 2007 until 2010. Mr. Felderhof also served as Vice President and Director of TSX-V listed Buchans Minerals Ltd. from 2007 until its amalgamation with Royal Roads Corp. in 2008. Prior to his involvement with Royal Roads Corp., Mr. Felderhof was an Investment Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
Mr. Rhodenizer of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, has over 20 years experience in the investment industry. He is the founder and CEO of OakRun Capital, an investment banking and asset management firm. Prior to that he was Managing Director at Deutche Bank Securities Ltd., Miami, Florida. He has extensive experience advising various financial institutions and government organizations in structuring and managing pension, corporate and treasury portfolios. Mr. Rhodenizer’s career also includes broad experience in traditional and structured investments, fixed income securities, derivatives, global equity, foreign exchange and commodities.
David Grand of Toronto, Ontario is a founder and director of GenCanna Global Inc., a private company focused on the commercial production of cannabidiol with operations presently in Kentucky and Colorado. Mr. Grand served as President and Managing Director, Private Client Division at Hampton Securities Limited, a boutique investment firm, from April, 2012 until April 2014. Prior to that, he held the positions of National Sales Manager for Union Securities from April, 2010 to March, 2011 and National Sales Manager for Octagon Capital from May, 2005 to April, 2010. Mr. Grand is also President of Celtic Minerals Ltd.
Suzan Frazer of Halifax, Nova Scotia, is a partner of the Halifax office of the law firm, McInnes Cooper. Ms. Frazer advises publicly listed companies with respect to public offerings, private placements, takeover bids, mergers and acquisitions and she ensures general compliance with securities legislation. Acting as general counsel to public and private companies in the mineral resource sector, Suzan has drafted and negotiated exploration and development agreements, joint venture agreements, project financing, capital marketing financings, royalty agreements and international concessions. Ms Frazer is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and is the practice group leader for McInnes Cooper's corporate finance and securities group.
